Shopping
Do I need a ticket?
Our Public Sale is free to attend with free parking.
Some presale shopping events require a pass or ticket.
How can I shop early?
There are several ways to shop before the public sale, including qualifying Seller Presales and other special shopping opportunities announced before each event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Should I bring a shopping bag?
IKEA bags may be borrowed while shopping
Shoppers may bring an open-top tote, laundry basket, or personal IKEA bag
Can I bring my children?
Yes, children are welcome during the public sale, however, Tiny Tots encourages shoppers to attend without children when possible.
For everyone's safety, children must remain with their adult at all times and should not play with merchandise unless it's being purchased.
Strollers are permitted only during some presale hours and may need to be registered at entry.
Do you sell new items?
Yes! Along with gently loved items, you'll also find many brand-new items with original tags still attached.
Why are identical items priced differently?
Each seller prices their own inventory, so identical items may have different prices. Shopping early gives you the best selection and value.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Does the sale happen if it rains?
Yes! Our sales are held indoors and take place rain or shine.
How often are your sales?
Tiny Tots hosts two sales each year:
Spring/Summer
Fall/Winter
Don't miss one—you'll have to wait about six months for the next!
Selling
How do I become a seller?
Register online to receive your seller number in just a few minutes. Once you're registered, you'll have access to everything you need to prepare for the sale, including Sellerpedia, tagging instructions, and helpful resources.
Sellers should join the “I Sell with Tiny Tots” Private Facebook group for the most up to date information
How can sellers shop early?
There are several ways to access the sale before the public:
Crew members shop first during the exclusive Crew Member Presale.
Registered sellers receive two Seller Presale passes after dropping off their tagged inventory.
Restock sellers also receive Seller Presale passes when they bring additional tagged inventory during the designated restock period.
A valid pass is required for each person entering the Seller Presale, including spouses or shopping companions.
What does it cost to sell?
There is a $20 non-refundable seller registration fee each season.
How much do sellers earn?
Sellers receive at least 55% of their total sales, plus two Seller Presale passes.
Top-performing sellers who meet below requirements may qualify for a 60% payout.
At least 100 items in inventory
A 90% or higher sell-through rate
No blemishes or returns
Limited to the top 10 sellers
When will I get paid?
eChecks are typically sent within three weeks after the sale ends.
What can I sell?
We accept a wide variety of gently loved and new children's, baby, and maternity items, including:
Clothing (newborn through youth size 16)
Maternity clothing
Shoes (up to youth size 8)
Toys
Books
Baby gear
Nursery items
Outdoor toys
Games and more

What items are not accepted?
Items must be clean, complete, in excellent working condition, and meet current safety standards. We reserve the right to decline items that don't meet our quality guidelines.

How many items can I sell?
Overall maximum: 500 items
Maternity: 10 items
General clothing: 30 items per size
Baby sizes 0–12 months: 30 total items per gender
Minimum: 10 items
Bagged onesies count toward the limit
Sellers with twins should contact Tiny Tots
Certain high-performing sellers and workers may qualify for higher limits
Workers completing 16 or more hours may bring up to 1,500 items
How should I price my items?
A good rule of thumb is to price most items around one-third of retail value.
Brand-name or like-new items may be priced higher, while well-loved items should be priced to sell.
All prices should end in $.00 or $.50 increments.
Do clothes need to be on hangers?
Yes. All clothing must be hung on plastic hangers. Wire hangers are not accepted.
Onesies may be grouped together following our tagging guidelines.
How do I tag my items?

Can someone else drop off or pick up my items?
Absolutely! A friend or family member may drop off or pick up your items on your behalf. They'll just need your seller number, phone number, and email address.
Do I stay with my items during the sale?
No! That's one of the best parts. We handle the selling for you while you earn money.
Can I just bring untagged items?
No. All items must be registered and tagged in advance so they can be tracked throughout the sale.
What happens to unsold items?
When tagging your inventory, you'll choose whether you'd like to:
Pick up unsold items
Donate unsold items to one of our local charity partners
If you choose pickup, you must collect your items during the scheduled pickup window.
What if I miss pickup?
Please arrange for a friend to pick up your items if you're unavailable.
Unclaimed items that are not marked for donation are subject to a $30 fee.
Are seasonal items accepted?
Yes. We only accept items appropriate for the current season.
Spring Sale:
Spring & Summer clothing
Bathing suits are accepted during the Spring Sale
Fall Sale:
Fall & Winter clothing
Holiday-themed fall and winter clothing is accepted at the Fall Sale
Denim is accepted at both sales.
Non-seasonal items may be returned at drop-off
Already-tagged non-seasonal items can be kept for the next sale
Do you check recalled items?
Yes. Sellers are responsible for confirming that every item meets current safety standards and is not subject to a recall. Please check the CPSC recall database before bringing items to the sale.
Is a tagging service available?
Our current tagging service is at capacity. We are always looking for experienced taggers with strong sell-through rates to join the team. Email us if you’re interested.
